Welcome to our site! We've been writing songs together and visiting schools across the Northeastern US since around 1995. We hope you enjoy listening to the music, learning more about our programs and sharing our song lyrics with your students.
Music is a great way to teach children to think creatively, instill a positive message and enhance children's social and academic development. We'd love to hear about your school's ideas!

"Reading Rocks" ~ Reading Assembly Show

Brian and Susan sing songs that inspire kids and encourage them to become lifelong readers.
They wrote all the songs of "Reading Rocks" from a variety of America's musical styles.
A perfect fit for PARP (Parents as Reading Partners) Books and Beyond or Read Across America!
Program Goal: To give students an experience of success while engaging them in the imagination and power of reading.
"Reading ROCKS" is upbeat, fun and totally engaging. Student volunteers are invited onstage to lead almost every song. It's a perfect Reading Month or Summer Reading Program kickoff and honors the reader inside every child.
Please visit our Reading Show Page for more information.
Reading Rocks and so do the performers! Both Brian and Susan are extremely talented and engaging. This performance would be an asset to any elementary reading program. -- Elyse Fegelman, K-Teacher, Forest Park Elementary School, South Colonie NY
